Breakup recovery program
From grief to growth
Breakup grief is real grief — it activates the same brain regions as bereavement. This program draws on attachment theory (Bowlby), the neuroscience of romantic rejection (Fisher), and contemporary CBT for breakup (Sbarra) to help you move through grief and rebuild.
Program structure
This program is in active development. The first session is available now; additional sessions are released as they are validated.
