Continuing bonds micro-ritual + box breathing. For when grief becomes suffocating.
There is no right way to grieve. What does exist is a way to be with grief without being crushed by it. This exercise has two parts: first a micro-ritual to honor who or what you lost, then box breathing to lower the intensity of this moment. About 5 minutes.
