Minimal Bond 5min
Behavioral activation for connection + relational gratitude. For when loneliness weighs too heavy right now.
Chronic loneliness has a cycle: isolation increases negative bias toward social interactions, which generates more avoidance. To break it, you do not need a deep connection — a minimal bond, something real and small, is enough. This exercise identifies who is available in your life right now, defines a concrete gesture, and activates gratitude as a counterweight to negative bias.
