Social anxiety program
From fear to freedom
Social anxiety is maintained by a cycle of fear, avoidance, and safety behaviors — not by the social situations themselves. This program draws on the cognitive model of Clark and Wells (1995) and modern CBT approaches to help you break that cycle.

This program is in active development. The first session is available now; additional sessions are released as they are validated.
