Burnout does not heal with more rest — it heals with quality recovery. The difference is that rest is absence of work, and recovery is active presence in something different. This exercise is a 5-minute micro-recovery: you pause the autopilot, scan the body, and give yourself explicit permission not to produce for this moment.
